This commercial was most likely shot in 1964. The swirl ponytail Barbie is the “newest” Barbie doll shown and is very 64. The outfits also pre-date 65. In 1965 Mattel introduced Bend-leg Barbie who had the American girl hair cut that is not in this ad which leads me to believe that this definitely 1964!
