No, you're all wrong. I think when she says, "high end", she means luxurious. I can't list too many but here are a few.

well to start off the best shoe designer in the world would have to Manolo Blahnik ( just cant afford his shoes yet). lets see if i had to choose 15 it would have to be

For brands, I like:
Burberry Prorsum

tsesay (not horribly high end, but cute)

Hermes

Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head… there are, of course, a ton more amazing designers and designer labels.
